We are constantly flooded by news, often presented in polarized “us vs them” narratives. Dealing with all this information and the feelings that come with it is a lot to take in every day.

In this 1-day workshop based on the Work That Reconnects, you will experience a condensed version of the whole spiral process:

This workshop will help harmonize inner and outer conflicts caused by the tumultuous planetary situation (political, social, cultural, ecological etc). We’ll focus on seeing the world from different perspectives, even putting ourselves in someone else’s shoes — including non-human ones. Get ready to remember our INTERCONNCTEDNESS, build inner resources & empower yourself on your next steps.
